The Castnetter Beach Resort

Our Holmes Beach property is located at Gulf Drive & 41st Street. Conveniently located at the (7) Acre Lifeguard protected Manatee Public Beach. Enjoy the views of the Gulf at the Beach Cafe, a great spot for pancake breakfast, lunch and live entertainment as well as a playground for the kids. Steps away you’ll find the West Coast Surf Shop stocked with beach apparel and supplies. The legendary “Skinny’s Place” is right across the street, serving up ice cold mugs of beer and the best burger on the beach. Just around the corner is the Island Shopping Centre which serves all of your shopping needs including eleven eateries, specialty shops, grocery, liquor store and other Island conveniences.

From our location you can hop on the free “Island Trolley” to explore the other 7 beautiful miles of Anna Maria Island. Many Florida attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Epcot Centre, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Mote Marine, Ringling Museum and St. Armand’s Circle are a short drive away. The recreational activities are too numerous to list and the weather is too fantastic to believe. Of course, the White-Sand Beaches are unparalleled with pristine Emerald Green Waters and vibrant Sunsets. Great Fishing, Boating, Shelling and Lazy Days at the Beach…we offer it all!

Castnetter 5 is located directly across the street from the seven acre “Manatee Public Beach” and the Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful and totally renovated two bedroom unit with (2) Full Baths, sleeps six with a Queen Size bed in the Master Suite, Two Twin Size beds in the Guest Room, and a Queen Size sofa sleeper in the Living Room and full kitchen. Pool-Side private 10′ x 35′ Sun Deck is accessible through double doors in the Living Room. There is a 50” Flat Screen TV in the Living Room and 32” Flat Screen TV’s in both the Master Suite and Guest Bedroom.

Feels like your in Key West!!!

“We loved our stay at the Castnetter Beach Resort!! The perfect place for a family vacation!! Plenty of room, very very clean and well decorated. We all enjoyed the pool and the beautiful beach is very close. Wonderful restaurants are near by. Of course Publix is too. Plenty of parking and everything you need available to take to the beach. Also the bikes are fun to explore the island. Thank you Donna and Alan for having a fantastic beach paradise!! We highly recommend Castnetter Beach Resort, it feels like your in Key West!!!”

“We loved our stay on Anna Maria Island! The condo was very conveniently located across the street from the public beach so we were able to enjoy the sun and make trips back whenever needed. There were plenty of chairs available to use which was also very nice. When not by the beach we spent time relaxing on the patio or in the pool. We stayed in Castnetter 6 which was perfect for the four of us. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and had all of the kitchen appliances and utensils we needed. We would definitely stay here again!”

Perfect place for our spring break

“Castnetter Beach Resort was a great place to stay. We stayed in unit number 5 which is a two bedroom two bath unit. It’s on the second floor and has a huge deck overlooking the pool and public beach area. The owners were on sight to greet us when we arrived and they are just the sweetest people. The place was immaculate and the updates were great. It is across from the public beach so it can get crowded, especially since we were here during spring break, but it didn’t bother us. We just walked down to the side and it was fine. It’s right in the middle of the island so it’s close to everything.”

“We stayed here for 5 nights with our 2 grand kids and their parents. The location was great, just across the street from the beach. The unit was very clean and everything was working. The pool was a nice bonus as the 2 kids ages 18 months and 3 loved the size. it was also nice being so close to the grocery store.Its location is ideal. There were chairs and an umbrella available.”

“Castnetter Beach Resort was perfect for our Family trip. Couldn’t have picked a better spot. I travel for a living and have stayed at some of the top resorts in the world and this was right up there. We stayed in Unit 6 and it had everything we needed and then some. huge deck on the back, beach and shopping right across the street and all the stores, shops and bars are either walking distance or a super close Uber ride.”
